I've created something new. Settle and Breathe is a weekly practice designed to help you step out of the noise, drop into your body, and remember what calm actually feels like. Whether you're a parent juggling everything, a business owner carrying the weight, an employee caught in the rush, or a carer pouring from an empty cup this is for you.
The Power of Showing Up
Real change doesn't come from intensity. It comes from consistency. When you commit to showing up each Thursday, even when you don't feel like it, you're training your nervous system to trust the process. Week after week, your body learns. Your resilience builds. Consistency creates discipline. Discipline creates freedom.
What You'll Experience
Each Thursday, we guide you through a complete one-hour nervous system reset. The first 40-45 minutes is restorative breathwork a guided journey designed to meet your nervous system exactly where it is. You'll move from activation into deep relaxation, finding presence and calm. Through conscious breathing techniques, your body learns to shift from stress response into genuine rest.
We finish with 15 minutes of yoga nidra a guided meditation that takes you into profound rest while you remain aware. Having already shifted your nervous system through breathwork, the yoga nidra seals in the changes and allows your body to integrate deeply.
The combination is powerful. Breathwork does the active regulation work. Yoga nidra provides the deep rest. Together, they create real transformation.
