Twinkle and Bloom is a gentle, soul-nourishing space for mothers and daughters to slow down, reconnect and celebrate the sacred bond they share.
Created with intention for girls aged 7–14 years, this circle invites you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and into meaningful moments of togetherness. In a world that moves quickly and asks much of both women and girls, Twinkle and Bloom offers a soft place to land,a space where you can simply sit beside one another and be.
Our next gathering will be held on Sunday 8th March – International Women’s Day. What a powerful day to sit shoulder to shoulder with our daughters, to honour the feminine lineage within our families, and to gently show them what it means to value connection, confidence and self-worth. As we gather, we acknowledge the women who shaped us, the girls we are guiding, and the sacred thread that weaves us all together.
There is something deeply healing about intentional time between a mother and her daughter. In the quiet moments shared, trust is strengthened. Walls soften. Conversations unfold that may not happen in the rush of daily life. Daughters feel seen, heard and reassured that their feelings matter. Mothers are reminded that their presence, not perfection, is what their daughters truly need.
When we gather in circle, girls witness women supporting women. They see tenderness and strength existing side by side. They feel the safety of community and the reassurance that they belong. And mothers, too, feel held, reminded that they are not alone in the beautiful, messy, sacred journey of raising daughters.
Through simple rituals, gentle journaling, creativity, storytelling and moments of stillness, we create space for daughters to bloom in self-expression and for mothers to reconnect not only with their child, but with their own inner girl.
This is not about doing more.
It is about being together.
A space to twinkle in one another’s light.
A space to bloom side by side.

Twinkle and Bloom is more than a gathering, it’s a sanctuary. A safe and nurturing space where mothers and daughters come together to connect, create and simply be with one another.
As mothers, we carry so much. The responsibility, the expectations, the invisible weight. Here, we are invited to set it down. No guilt. No shame. No feeling torn between caring for ourselves and caring for our children.
We don’t have to choose, we bring our daughters with us. We soften together. Alana and her daughters, Mia and Lexie, hold this space with such warmth and intention. It is a place where we feel seen, supported and gently encouraged to show up as we are. No judgment. No pressure. No masks. Just honesty, courage to show up and deep meaningful connection.
Through breathwork, journalling nervous system regulation, creative projects, sound baths and meditation, something beautiful truly happens. We regulate. We open. We remember ourselves. And our daughters witness it all. They see us being present, expressive, grounded and real. That, in itself, is profound and insanely impactful!
Twinkle and Bloom has given my daughter and I something words can barely capture, a deeper bond, a shared sense of belonging and moments we carry with us long after we leave the room.
Together, we twinkle. Together, we bloom. Forever grateful for Everlasting Olive and all Alana, Chris, Mia and Lexie have to offer this world.
