What Happens Inside the Sisterhood Collective Circles

Over the last twelve months, my Sisterhood Collective women’s circles have evolved, just like each of us does. We grow, shift, and transform over time, and when we allow ourselves the space to do so, something truly beautiful unfolds.

Each women’s circle is created with deep intention. I give myself space to feel into the energy and theme of every gathering from how the studio is set, to the meditation, journaling prompts, and creativity practice we explore together. While the structure of each circle remains familiar, every experience is unique.

Often, I spend a full week intuitively preparing and gently guiding the creation of each element.

Creating a Safe and Nurturing Space

Setting the space is incredibly important to me not only to support myself as the facilitator, but to energetically support every woman who attends. Candles, flowers, incense, and a soft aesthetic help create an environment where women can immediately feel grounded, safe, and relaxed.

My intention is always to cultivate a nurturing space where stress and tension can soften, allowing a sense of calm, clarity, connection, and inner peace to emerge.

What to Expect During a Sisterhood Collective Circle

Each Sisterhood Collective circle is held in an intimate small-group setting of around 10–12 women. This allows the space to feel supportive, personal, and welcoming especially for women who may feel nervous attending their first women’s circle.

Our afternoon gatherings begin with gentle breathwork to help release the energy of the day and bring the body into a grounded, present state, followed by a guided meditation.

Women are then invited to check in and share if they feel called although sharing is always optional and deeply respected within the sisterhood.

From here we connect with gratitude before moving into journaling, using prompts aligned with the theme of each circle. Journaling allows space for reflection, clarity, and deeper self-connection.

The creativity circle takes place in the centre of the studio and offers something different each gathering. Creativity naturally opens conversation and connection, allowing women to feel supported both within themselves and with others.

As the afternoon gently softens, we settle into a closing guided meditation aligned with the theme, followed by a soothing sound bath with crystal singing bowls and Reiki energy. We complete our time together with a warm mug of herbal tea and relaxed conversation allowing the experience to integrate gently before returning to everyday life.

The Heart Behind the Sisterhood Collective

The Sisterhood Collective is about giving women the time and space to reconnect with themselves and with one another.

Many women today are constantly moving between responsibilities family, work, home life, relationships, and endless to-do lists. Over time, this can lead to exhaustion, burnout, and a quiet disconnection from who we truly are.

These women’s circles are an invitation to slow down.

My intention is to help restore balance and harmony while giving women permission to put themselves first even if just for a few hours. For a long time, I placed everyone else’s needs before my own, which led me into burnout and deep disconnection. The Sisterhood Collective was born from my own healing journey as a space where women can gather, feel supported, and reconnect with their inner selves.

Through meditation, creativity, reflection, and community, these circles offer gentle yet practical foundations that women can take back into their everyday lives.

This is more than just a gathering, it's a space to be seen, held, and supported as you return home to yourself.
